Modern Intervention

The object of architecture is represented by a single family home, designed for an urban environment. The architects preserve the distinctive elements of this inter-war building and turned it into a modern home, without destroying its historic importance.
The novelty of the building can be found in the playful use of materials for the façades. Functionally, the spaces are arranged in the classical layout of inter-war architecture. Each floor is dedicated to predefined living spaces, with the ground floor containing the living area and the first floor accommodating the bedrooms.
