Maha Residence

Our project concept emphasizes the creation of an open, yet private community.
Maha Residence focuses on large garden behind the house, exclusivity, and privacy. The houses are designed to face inward, with meticulously landscaped streetscapes. Elevated living spaces convey an aura of exclusiveness and offer enhanced privacy for each homeowner.
The presence of vehicles is discreetly minimized. This spatial arrangement encourages interactions, facilitating various family activities and personal pursuits.
The concept was designed with natural illumination in mind, allowing light to easily flood the interiors through the light-filled stairwell. This enhances the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.
