High Garden Tower
The High Garden Tower, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, embodies a modern approach to office design, prioritizing functionality, collaboration, and sustainability. Recognizing the evolving nature of workspaces, our design focuses on creating distinct environments that foster networking and productivity.
Traditional office layouts no longer suffice in meeting the demands of today’s collaborative work culture. The High Garden Tower responds to this shift by reimagining the office space to include third spaces—areas between home and the traditional office cubicle. These spaces serve as informal networking hubs and promote wellbeing and communication among occupants.
To accommodate these evolving needs, our design incorporates large terraces and outdoor seating areas throughout the tower. These communal green spaces provide opportunities for interaction and relaxation while maximizing natural light and ventilation. The tower’s unique silhouette, characterized by varied floorplates and cantilevered terraces, creates an inviting and distinctive environment conducive to collaboration.
In addition to promoting social connectivity, the High Garden Tower prioritizes sustainability. A glass façade maximizes natural light and reduces energy consumption, while passive heating and cooling strategies enhance efficiency. Throughout construction, green building principles are employed to minimize environmental impact and create a healthy workspace for occupants.
