H Primăverii 1 is an upper-premium residential development located at one of Bucharest’s most prestigious addresses, Bulevardul Primăverii no. 1. Razvan Barsan + Partners developed the façade concept for the project, defining the building’s architectural identity and its relationship with the surrounding urban fabric.

The façade concept is designed to express a refined and contemporary character, appropriate to the scale and prestige of the location. The composition balances solid and transparent elements, controlled proportions, and a restrained material palette, creating a clear and recognizable presence along the boulevard.

Special attention was given to vertical articulation, rhythm, and depth, ensuring visual interest while maintaining coherence and elegance. The façade supports both street-level engagement and residential privacy, contributing to a strong urban frontage and a distinct architectural signature.

Developed for Hagag Europe Development, the façade concept positions H Primăverii 1 as a discreet yet expressive landmark, aligned with the expectations of a high-end residential market and the long-term value of the property.
