H Pipera Lake | Phase I marks the completion of the first phase of a large-scale residential development by Hagag Europe Development, located in the Pipera area of Bucharest, directly connected to the lakefront.

Phase I comprises multiple residential buildings with a diverse mix of apartment typologies. The architectural design focuses on spatial clarity, efficient circulation, and strong natural light conditions. Buildings are positioned to create direct relationships with landscaped areas and pedestrian routes, supporting daily use and a coherent residential environment.

The architectural approach addresses density through controlled volumes and balanced proportions.
