H-Holding

The façade of the building features large glass surfaces that allow natural light to flood the interior, offering a sense of transparency that symbolizes accessibility and openness. This façade design is complemented by integrated exterior lighting elements, which highlight the curved forms at night, giving the entire structure a unique and striking aesthetic.

The project is divided into several sections: Office area – Located in the upper part of the building, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city. The use of glass and reflective materials creates an open and bright working environment. Shopping area – On the lower levels, you will find large commercial spaces, easily accessible both from inside and outside the building.

Residential area – The building also includes modern apartments with green balconies and hanging gardens that offer residents a relaxing space. The project also includes spaces dedicated to relaxation and recreational activities, spread across various terraces and open platforms. These areas include pools, fitness zones, and social spaces. They are strategically placed to offer privacy and tranquility to the building’s residents and users.
