Grand Park Pipera Residence

Living in today’s urban environment requires firstly the creation of a bedroom-type neighborhood. This is an overstatement to some extent but it emphasizes the needs of the urban modern man, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This urgency guided designers to create a quiet and balanced residential project, with no car access inside the premises, leaving no room for compromises. The site and landscape are exclusively dedicated to pedestrian traffic and recreational spaces.  The building’s modern style is emphasized with mild architectural elements and colors. The large terraces of the apartments allow generous recreation spaces for the users. The layout is designed to satisfy a wide range of customers, with garden apartments and two types of two, three and four bedroom apartments. Having integrated recreational areas such as the swimming pool and the gym area, it offers its users functions that are normally found outside the living area. The needs that such a residential project must cover are essentially simple, but at the same time complex due to urban restrictions. This project responds well to the real estate market, both functionally and aesthetically, bringing contrast to the “restless” style of the urban environment.
