H Victoriei 109

H Victoriei 109, with over 75 years of history, stands as a prime architectural landmark on Calea Victoriei, nestled between the Romanian Academy and the historic Știrbei Palace. This distinguished location offers unmatched access to all parts of Bucharest, enhancing its significance in the urban landscape. The building’s elegant, restored stone façade, with clean lines and symmetrical windows, preserves the essence of early 20th-century architecture, maintaining its connection to the city’s historic fabric.

As the architects behind the restoration, out team of architects focused on integrating historical preservation with contemporary functionality. Through innovative restoration techniques, we reinforced the building’s structural integrity and enhanced its energy efficiency, ensuring sustainability without compromising its heritage. The original stone elements of the façade were meticulously restored, while modern high-performance insulation and energy-efficient windows were added to meet the demands of today’s standards.

Internally, H Victoriei 109 was adapted for modern office and retail use, integrating advanced technologies such as smart building systems and high-speed connectivity, designed for the needs of today’s professionals. The lighting design accentuates the architectural features of the building at night, ensuring its visibility along Calea Victoriei, while creating a welcoming atmosphere inside that complements the refined interiors.

At its ground floor, The H Gallery, a contemporary art gallery, adds to the building’s cultural significance, elevating it as one of Bucharest’s most iconic and innovative structures.
