Urban Atlas

Urban Atlas is a mixed-use development concept designed for a dense urban site, combining residential, commercial, and public-access programs within a coherent and scalable framework. The proposal includes a central high-rise tower and a group of mid-rise buildings organized around shared courtyards and circulation routes.

The design is based on a clear modular system, with volumetric articulation that balances repetition and variation. Vertical openings and curved transitions define the architectural language, allowing for high daylight performance and efficient ventilation. Public functions are located at the ground level to activate the street and create accessible urban interfaces.

Residential units are organized with repeatable typologies, adaptable across buildings to meet various occupancy models. The tower is designed for vertical programming flexibility, accommodating premium housing, serviced apartments, or office functions. The project supports phased implementation, with independent building volumes and optimized circulation flows.

Urban Atlas is developed as a scalable urban model, balancing architectural coherence, economic logic, and long-term adaptability. The concept prioritizes clarity in structure, efficiency in use, and integration within the surrounding urban fabric.
