A building reminiscent of Tuscan homes, where the traditional volumetry is reinterpreted and shaped into a contemporary home.

Functional living spaces are laid out on the ground floor, including the living room framed by generous glass windows opening to the courtyard, complete with a swimming pool.

The first floor accommodates a library, the bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom.
