Linear Loft Interior

Linear Loft Interior is a residential interior design concept developed for a private client with a focus on spatial structure, efficient zoning, and long-term usability. The project is currently in development, with the concept stage completed and documented for execution.

The design proposes a rational, well-structured interior with emphasis on proportion, clarity, and integrated systems. Functional zones are clearly defined, yet visually connected through consistent materiality and calibrated lighting. The use of vertical space, matte finishes, and clean detailing supports both technical performance and aesthetic coherence.

The layout includes a double-height living area, an open yet compact kitchen, and private rooms designed with controlled acoustics and restrained textures. Each space is designed to support everyday routines while maintaining architectural clarity and visual calm.

The concept was developed to align with client expectations regarding quality, flexibility, and value over time. Our team delivered the full design documentation, including spatial planning, 3D visualization, finish strategy, and integration details, in preparation for implementation.
