H Pipera Lake

H Pipera Lake is a large-scale residential development currently under construction in North Bucharest, designed as a contemporary lakeside community where architecture, landscape and everyday living are brought together within a coherent urban vision.

Developed on a site of approximately 55,000 sqm, the project will include 16 residential buildings with more than 1,400 apartments, over 1,700 parking spaces and extensive green areas integrated throughout the masterplan. Positioned on the shores of Lake Pipera, the development balances direct access to the city with a quieter residential atmosphere shaped by water, landscape and open space.

The project was conceived around the idea that contemporary housing should extend beyond the apartment itself. Shared outdoor areas, pedestrian circulation, recreational functions and public amenities were planned as part of the architecture from the beginning, creating a residential environment designed to support a more balanced rhythm of everyday life.

More than 18,500 sqm of landscaped spaces, including a lakeside promenade, playgrounds, outdoor fitness areas and retail functions, contribute to the identity of the community while reinforcing the relationship between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.

From the earliest design stages, the project focused on long-term functionality, construction quality and clarity at every scale, from the overall urban strategy to the experience of individual residential spaces.

Following the completion of Phase I, construction is currently advancing on Phases II and III, developed together with Hagag Development Europe as part of one of the largest contemporary residential communities in the Pipera area.
