Green Forest House
Green Forest House is a built residential project located in Corbeanca, part of the Green Forest development. The ensemble includes seven individual homes organized over three levels, ground floor, first floor and attic, each positioned on private lots between 405 and 500 square meters.
The architectural concept follows Scandinavian design principles: clean volumes, restrained materiality, and natural light as a central element. The houses are articulated through a clear geometry with pitched roofs, alternating brick and light-toned facades, and large vertical openings that frame the forest context.
Interior planning prioritizes functional zoning, with high ceilings and generous glazing on all levels. The layout allows efficient use of space while maintaining spatial clarity and visual continuity across floors. The use of brick, textured render, and metal roofing materials ensures long-term durability and low maintenance.
This development responds to increasing demand for compact, low-density living near green areas, combining aesthetic consistency with urban comfort. Our involvement covered architectural design and coordination through execution, with attention to regulatory compliance, structural logic, and site adaptation.
Forest House contributes to a contemporary model of suburban living, with a balanced approach to density, privacy, and contextual integration.
