The architectural concept starts from the bivalent dimension of the top design: an aesthetic allure meant to impress day by day, with the organic shapes of the buildings, and at the same time, discovers its purpose in a functional aspect, an increased capacity to capture natural light.

A walk through the residential complex is an occasion for revival with over 10,000 square meters of green spaces, arranged by a team of landscaping masters. The aesthetics of the common spaces is highlighted respecting the principle of “car-free residence”, by designing a welcoming space for each parking lot only in the underground.
