Bellemonde Residence is expanding with 80 new homes, designed to complement the architectural integrity of the existing development while addressing contemporary living needs. As the architects, our priority has been to ensure that the extension integrates naturally into the built environment. The expansion introduces three housing typologies, each serving a distinct purpose:

  • Row houses, designed for spatial efficiency, creating a structured streetscape with a uniform architectural rhythm.
  • Paired houses, offering a balance between privacy and shared green spaces, fostering a strong sense of community.
  • Detached homes, providing larger plots and greater independence for those seeking more space.
  • With a P+1 height structure, this phase aligns with the proportions of the initial development, maintaining a balance between density, comfort, and access to natural light.

Beyond residential units, the expansion enhances the overall living experience with additional community-focused amenities:

  • A central park, creating a green focal point that encourages social interaction and outdoor activities.
  • A swimming pool and a dedicated children’s playground, supporting an active, family-friendly environment.
  • Pedestrian pathways and landscaped areas, designed to prioritize walkability and sustainable mobility.

Sustainability remains a core consideration, with strategies aimed at optimizing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact:

  • Ventilated facades, improving insulation and indoor climate regulation.
  • Brise-soleil elements, controlling sunlight exposure to enhance energy efficiency.
  • Pre-installed infrastructure for photovoltaic panels, supporting the integration of renewable energy sources.
  • EV charging stations, reflecting the increasing shift towards electric mobility.

Last week, the official launch event marked a significant milestone for Bellemonde Residence. This gathering provided a platform to present the architectural direction of the expansion, discuss its impact, and reaffirm its alignment with the project’s original principles. Our clients also announced a strategic partnership with Victor Grosu and Hype Project, enabling future residents to choose from three exclusive ready-to-move-in interior design collections.
