What residential projects are you currently working on?
At the moment, we are developing several residential projects focused on efficiency, sustainability, and urban integration. One example is H Pipera Lake, a large-scale complex featuring 1,478 homes across 16 buildings, spanning 57,000 sqm. Designed for a modern and connected lifestyle, this project blends functionality with contemporary living. Another key project is Bellemonde Residence, which offers a mix of individual and collective housing, with open spaces and harmonious architecture. Its volumetric configuration ensures an optimal balance between density and the quality of the built environment, with structural completion expected in 2026. We are also excited about Quartier Ferdinand, one of Romania’s first Zero Emission Building projects. Featuring 170 residential units, it incorporates heat pumps and photovoltaic panels to minimize energy consumption, meeting the latest efficiency and sustainability standards. Additionally, Virgil Plesoianu 17-19 is a minimalist development that combines contemporary aesthetics with energy-efficient solutions. Each of these projects reflects our vision of high-quality urban living.
How did the company evolve in 2024, and what are your projections for 2025?
In 2024, we focused on consolidation and expansion, growing our portfolio with a clear direction toward sustainability and digitalization. We noticed increasing demand for energy-optimized housing and mixed-use projects that combine residential spaces with commercial and complementary services. In 2025, we aim to take things further by integrating BIM and AI into our processes, exploring international markets, and deepening our expertise in high-performance architecture. We believe the future demands integrated solutions that efficiently manage resources while ensuring a sustainable long-term impact.
What trends do you see in contemporary residential architecture?
Contemporary residential architecture is shifting towards more flexible, sustainable, and technology-integrated solutions. We see a clear trend toward modular housing, which adapts to users’ changing needs, and energy efficiency, with standards like NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) and high-performance materials becoming increasingly common. Additionally, seamless urban integration is gaining traction, with green terraces, shared gardens, and skylight solutions enhancing the built environment.
Have you noticed a shift in demand for energy-efficient housing?
Absolutely. Demand for low-energy buildings has surged, pushing architectural solutions to meet increasingly strict technical requirements. There is a strong preference for heat pumps, ventilated facades, photovoltaic panels, and intelligent energy management systems. Quartier Ferdinand is an excellent example of this direction, designed according to Zero Emission Building standards. Architecture can no longer be conceived separately from energy performance and sustainability, as these factors have become fundamental parameters in the design process.
What are your expectations for 2025, considering recent fiscal changes?
The impact of fiscal changes and rising material costs will influence the market, but resource optimization and digital technology integration will drive efficient solutions. Our strategy focuses on high-performance architecture, optimized construction systems, and advanced technologies, ensuring project viability despite economic challenges.
