After Hours @RB+P

A real look inside our architecture company.

On May 22, as part of Architecture’s Night In during Romanian Design Week 2025, we opened our doors after hours.
It felt more like a nice evening with people who wanted to see how we work and who we are.

We shared a few of our latest projects and arranged some mock interviews just for fun for the guests, just to show what it feels like to be part of our process.

There was music. There were nice conversations. And yes, there was a garden full of people staying longer than planned always a good sign.

This kind of architecture open office event matters more than it may seem. It gives people the chance to connect with the culture behind the work. It also gave us the team a rare moment to step back and reconnect with each other in a different way.

We spend most of our time designing spaces for others. For one evening, we turned the space into something for us and for everyone curious enough to walk in. Architecture’s Night In brought together architecture companies across Bucharest for one big shared idea: open your space, show your process, talk to people. We were happy to be part of it. And we’ll do it again.
