Urban House

The residence, designed for three families, is located on a narrow plot of land with an opening of only 10 meters. Considering the house’s position between two blind walls, the important functions (living room, bedrooms, hobby, etc.) are placed on the open facades so they can receive plenty of sunlight.
The garage (big enough for 4 cars) and the technical areas are located at the basement level. Also, the house accommodates guest rooms and a wine cellar. The additional land is used for a terrace and a pool.
