Ferdinand I Residence

The Ferdinand I project represents a contemporary approach to residential architecture, focusing on sleek minimalism, functional efficiency, and a seamless integration of form and function. It embodies modern design sensibilities while catering to the evolving needs of professionals.

At the core of the project is the concept of robust transparency. By combining concrete with large windows, we achieve a modern and urban aesthetic while maximizing natural light and openness. Each apartment features a generous ceiling height of three meters and spacious balconies with integrated planter boxes, offering residents a connection to the outdoors.

The ground floor of the building is designed as a shared space, housing a guest house and a lounge area suitable for various activities such as meetings, socializing, or even home offices. Walls and partitions are minimized in this area, creating adaptable spaces that can easily accommodate changing needs.

Sustainability is a key consideration in the design, with green building practices, energy-efficient systems, and environmentally friendly materials integrated throughout the project. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and efficient HVAC systems contribute to reducing the building’s carbon footprint and promoting a healthier work environment.

Our approach to architecture is characterized by strong conceptual clarity, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail. We prioritize humane, enduring, and sustainable design principles, constantly striving for innovation and improvement in our work.
